Q. Can I trust the print quality without seeing it in person?

Yes — our silver-halide prints on FUJICOLOR Original Professional photo paper produce richer tonal range and color rendition than any home printer can match. If anything is wrong with your order on arrival, we offer a full refund or free replacement.

Q. I'm not sure what size to choose.

We offer 8 sizes: L — 5 × 3.5 in (12.7 × 8.9 cm) · photo size, 2L — 7 × 5 in (17.8 × 12.7 cm) · postcard, 6-Cut — 10 × 8 in (25.4 × 20.3 cm), 6-Cut Wide — 12 × 8 in (30.5 × 20.3 cm), A4 — 11.7 × 8.3 in (29.7 × 21.0 cm), 4-Cut — 12 × 10 in (30.5 × 25.4 cm), 4-Cut Wide — 14.4 × 10 in (36.5 × 25.4 cm), and A3 equivalent — 16.5 × 12 in (42.0 × 30.5 cm). For wall display, A4 is subtle while 4-Cut or larger creates a strong presence. 6-Cut Wide and 4-Cut Wide hold a 3:2 photograph with almost no cropping.

Q. What is the Digital Download?

Every photograph is also available as a file for screens — up to 2048px on the long edge, sRGB JPEG — for $7 (¥1,050). Buy 3 or more and save 15% (5+ = 25%, 10+ = 35%) — mix any photographs you like. The download link arrives by email the moment payment completes (valid 72 hours, up to 10 downloads per photograph). Use it as wallpaper, or print it at home up to roughly 5 × 7 in.
No physical print or frame is included. It is licensed for personal use only — no resale, sharing, redistribution, commercial use or AI training. See the Digital Download Licence for the full terms. For a wall, a silver-halide print is still the better answer.

Q. Is there a discount for buying several?

Digital downloads get cheaper per photograph as you add more. Mix any photographs you like — three or more all take the same rate, so four or seven files are discounted too.

Q. Do prints come with a frame?

Prints ship unframed. Each product page includes a "📐 FRAMING — Recommended frames for this print" section linking to size-matched frames on Amazon, so you can order a frame alongside your print.

Q. Where do you ship to?

Worldwide. Each parcel ships from Tokyo, Japan via Japan Post International ePacket Light with tracking.

Q. Are import duties / customs taxes included?

No. Any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the buyer on delivery, depending on your country's regulations. Most personal-use orders under common thresholds incur no duties.

Q. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Each print is already carefully packaged to prevent bending or damage. Dedicated gift wrapping is not yet available but is on our roadmap.

Q. What if my print arrives damaged?

Contact us via the contact form within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Q. Will I receive a receipt?

The automatic order confirmation email serves as your official receipt. If you need a receipt with a specific company name or format, please contact us.

Q. What about copyright?

All works are copyright of Ikebanadoctor. Print purchasers may enjoy the print for personal viewing; commercial use and redistribution are not permitted.
