These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ikebanadoctor.com ("the Site") operated by Ikebanadoctor ("the Shop"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms apply to all relationships between you and the Shop regarding the use of the Site.
Article 2 (Account & Purchase)
When purchasing products, you must provide accurate and complete information. False or misleading information is not permitted.
Article 3 (Intellectual Property)
All photographs, images, text, and other content on this Site are the intellectual property of the photographer and the Shop. You may not:
- Reproduce, redistribute, transmit, or publish content without permission
- Use content commercially or for secondary uses, or republish to social media
- Use content as AI training data
- Engage in any other infringement of the rights holder
Article 4 (Pricing & Payment)
Product prices are displayed on each product page (tax included). Payment is processed through Stripe (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or PayPal. Bank transfer via Stripe virtual account and PayPay are available for Japan domestic orders only (JPY).
Article 5 (Delivery)
Orders are typically delivered within 2-3 weeks. Delivery may be delayed due to shipping conditions, weather, or peak seasons.
Article 6 (Returns & Refunds)
For defective items, shipping damage, or wrong items, we will reship at our cost or issue a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of arrival.
Due to the made-to-order nature, returns/exchanges for change of mind are not accepted.
Article 7 (Prohibited Actions)
When using the Site, you may not:
- Violate any laws or public order and morality
- Attack or interfere with our servers/networks
- Infringe the rights of the Shop or third parties
- Impersonate other users
- Engage in any other actions we consider inappropriate
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or usefulness of information on the Site. We disclaim liability for damages arising from Site use, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 9 (Changes to Terms)
We may modify these Terms without prior notice when necessary. Updated Terms take effect upon posting to the Site.
Article 10 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where the Shop is located.
