Digital Download Licence

These are the terms on which Ikebanadoctor grants you the use of a Digital Download ($7 per photograph). By completing your purchase you agree to them.

1. What you receive

One JPEG file in sRGB, up to 2048 pixels on the long edge. For a few photographs the long edge is shorter, limited by the original file.
No physical print is posted, and no frame is included. Colour and brightness may read differently depending on your screen or printer.

2. What you may do (personal use)

• Use it as wallpaper on your phone, computer or tablet, or on a digital photo frame
• Print it at home, at work, or through a photo lab or print shop — as many times as you like
• Give a print you have made to family or friends
• Keep backup copies on devices and cloud storage you control

At this resolution, prints hold up well to around 5 × 7 in (12.7 × 17.8 cm). For anything larger, please consider a silver-halide print (8 × 10 in up to A3 equivalent).

3. What you may not do

• Resell, transfer, lend, share or redistribute the file, including uploading it publicly to social media, cloud storage or file-sharing services
• Any commercial use — selling prints, goods or the data itself, using it in products or advertising, or as decor in a shop or venue
• Use it in datasets for AI or machine-learning training, or supply it as training material
• Present it as your own work, or misattribute authorship
• Mint or sell it as an NFT
• Publish or distribute altered or derived versions

4. Copyright

Copyright and all other rights remain with the photographer, Ikebanadoctor. What you buy is not the copyright but the right to use the file within section 2.
Each file carries the author name, copyright notice, your order number and your name in its EXIF metadata.

5. Downloading

Your download link arrives with the order confirmation email once payment completes. Links are valid for 72 hours and each photograph may be downloaded up to 10 times per order. Please save the file to your own device.
If a link expires, hits the limit, or will not open, email ikebanadoctor@gmail.com with your order number and we will send a fresh one.

6. Refunds

Because the file is delivered instantly, digital purchases are non-refundable once downloaded. If the file will not open or arrives damaged, we will resend it or refund you — please just get in touch.

7. Commercial licensing

For publishing, advertising, merchandise, interior projects or anything else beyond section 2, we are happy to discuss a separate licence, high-resolution files included. Please write via the contact page.

8. Changes

We may update this licence. Purchases already made stay under the terms in force at the time of purchase.
